Some of you reached out to us and expressed a desire to subscribe to Kukufarm on a monthly basis. That is, in addition to yearly basis.
In a previous article we had done a quick overview of poultry management app subscriptions. However, based on some poultry farmers feed back, we realised annual subscriptions were not enough.
For various reasons, monthly subscriptions would give farmers some financial flexibility. Furthermore, it would enable them to pay for premium features only when they wanted to use them.
How to subscribe to Kukufarm
As you are already aware, Kukufarm is available on Google Play and App Store. Therefore subscribing to Kukufarm is only possible through these two channels at the moment.
Perhaps, later we will have other subscription options. For now however, all you need to do, in order to subscribe to Kukufarm, is to make a monthly or yearly payment for the plan that suits you.
In this current arrangement, Google Play and App Store handle the subscription management end of things. You therefore need to set up a payment method with either of them.
Why subscribe to Kukufarm
Subscribing to Kukufarm unlocks powerful poultry management and record keeping features for you. Notably, you can:
- Manage more coops and flocks
- Log sale data and do basic bookkeeping for your poultry farm
- Share your farm with your co-farmers
- Archive flock records for future reference
Effectively, subscribing to Kukufarm simplifies poultry record keeping. Importantly still, it enables you to practice data based poultry farming.
Our argument remains that without proper record keeping, you have no way to determine the performance of your flocks. As a result you guesstimate your flocks, which in itself is a recipe for disaster.
Moreover, we think Kukufarm can handle a lot of the heavy lifting that comes with poultry farm management. As you already know, our premise is to put your poultry farm in your pocket.
To that end we are adding more features and refining the app as we go. When you are subscribed to Kukufarm, you are guaranteed to benefit from our feature offering. Yes, some features will only be available on paid plans.
